Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is:

• Fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and these are delivered together.
• Fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple items in a single order that are delivered separately.

You can notify us of your decision by providing a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification of withdrawal before the fourteen-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same method of payment you used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly, no later than fourteen days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• Goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on individual choice or specifications or are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
• Goods that may spoil quickly or have a short expiration date.
• Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but can only be delivered at least 30 days later, and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller's control.
• Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal also expires prematurely for:

• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature after delivery.
• Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal was removed after delivery.
