Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase and are usually delivered within 5–7 working days. Exceptions apply to items that need to be ordered from the supplier. The standard delivery time to addresses within Europe is 5–7 business days, while shipments to the USA, Canada, and Israel may take approximately 3–4 weeks.

Hockey.eu reserves the right to ship your order either partially or in full once backordered items become available from the supplier.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order directly from our warehouse or office.

Orders shipped as parcels include a tracking number, which can be checked at dhl.de or dhl.com.
