Warrior Sports ist ein Hersteller von Lacrosse- und Eishockey-Ausrüstung sowie sportlicher Kleidung. Der Unternehmenssitz befindet sich in Warren (Michigan). Das Unternehmen wurde 1993 von Dave Morrow gegründet. Upsprünglich als Warrior Lacrosse gegründet der Hersteller am 1. Februar 2004 von New Balance übernommen. Die stärksten Konkurrenten des Unternehmens sind STX und Brine.
Warrior unterstützt verschiedene College Lacrosse-Teams der NCAA, sowie Profiteams in der Major League Lacrosse und das Lacrosse-Nationalteam der kanadischen Männer. Des Weiteren werden viele Einzelspieler wie Mark Millon oder Greg Cattrano gesponsert. Warrior war der Hauptsponsor der Lacrosse-Weltmeisterschaft von 2006 und der Lacrosse-Hallenweltmeisterschaft von 2007. Außerdem werden der amerikanische Sportsender ESPN und die Männer-Meisterschaften der NCAA gesponsert. Zur Saison 2012/13 ist man auch der Trikotausrüster des FC Liverpool.
2005 übernahm New Balance (Mutterunternehmen von Warrior Sports) Innovative Hockey und nannte es in Warrior Hockey um. Um Warrior Hockey bekannter zu machen, entschied sich New Balance dazu, es nicht als Tochterunternehmen oder Teil von Warrior Sports zu machen, sondern machte es zu einer Abteilung von sich.
